Message Enforcement waivers. Do not trust them. was posted by Jake, on 2/23/2010 11:58:19 AM.

Do not trust the state of Washington. My exwife petitioned the state to close the case, explaining that we are working it out. the state closed the case. the case was re-opened on jan 2010. the state decided to go back to the beginning and now i have incurred the full $70,000.00 debt, as calculated from the very beginning. Do not trust anyone. i was laid off in september 2009. and my unemployment ended in december 2009. by mid january, it was decided (without me) that i should incur the full debt, regardless of the fact that i have been giving hundreds per month and hundreds more by way of health insurance. do not trust her. do not trust the state. enforcement waivers are just another tool for deception. the state of washington is out to get as much money from men that they can. it doesn't matter who is hurt in the wake. do not trust an enforcement waiver. do not trust them. i have it IN WRITING from the state that the case was closed. this week they reported a $70,000.000 debt to the credit beareu, and threatened to turn the debt over to Superior court. ie federal jail time for excessive state debts. I HAVE NOT COMMITTED A CRIME. my only lapse of judgement was getting married to a woman in Washington.
