After completing the "Child Support Schedule Calculator" it has figured that I would owe an obligation of apx. 400 to the mother of my child.

I'm a complete newbie to this, so I'd like to know how the following would affect the final amount owed, or if the judge would consider deviating from the calculated amount based on income:

Her five her old son lives with me during the times the younger child stays. I have supported him as a son for the last 4 years of his life. She's receiving support from the state, e.g., food stamps for the 5-year old child. His mother recently moved out and in with her new boyfriend.
The children stay 5 out of the 7 nights at my house.
The current schedule puts both children children at my house apx. 60% of the time.
The children eat most of their breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at my house.

Warm regards,

-Joe
