When the children are ages 10-18 years of age. The parent and child have to goto a propare class once a month to discuss protection and get a form signed by the instructor. ( 1 hour session) This is for the parent who has full custody of the children.
For the parent who pays child support they will know their child is being taught about parenthood at a young age.
